App doesn't work. Says "motor club has moved" and prompts me to visit the website or cancel -which closes the app.
This app needs to be removed from anywhere it's currently available or recommended (including the automated message when you call Allstate) because, as another reviewer said, all it does is direct you to the website. Don't bother downloading it.
I have been paying for a year ($12.99/mo) and I go to get a wench online and it says call. I call and it says download the app and hangs up on me... then I download the app and it doesn't even work?! Been waiting almost 24hrs. No response, just a claim #. No call, no text and can't call customer service.
What's the point?
